A penthouse is not the apartment on the top. It is the one floor where no one walks above you, and the only one where the slab above stops being a ceiling and becomes area. At Gold Coast that condition exists four times in the whole development — two towers, fourteen floors — and 1402 is one of them.
Why this property is in the selection
It entered the selection on three counts that closed together. The first is real scarcity: there are four penthouses in the entire development, and that is not a sales argument, it is the arithmetic of the design. The second is the layout — 58.52 m² of living space and 33.93 m² of terrace, on a floor where most top-level plans are the same as the one below with a different ceiling. The third is timing: delivery scheduled for August 2027, with the structure well advanced, which changes the nature of the conversation — it is neither a paper launch nor a finished property at a finished-property price.
O que ela não é: The oceanfront classification is mine, as the broker responsible for the selection, and not a statement by the developer: Vetter supports the sea view in its official material but does not use the term oceanfront. Nor do I state what the view from 1402 is: the renderings shown here are artistic, of the development, and none of them was made from the window of this unit. Price and terms are deliberately not published — the schedule warns that it changes without notice, and an out-of-date figure on screen is worse than no figure at all.
