Territory

I was born in Penha and have lived in Balneário Piçarras since 2010. That relationship with the region came before the profession: I watched the waterfront change, empty plots become towers, and the profile of those who choose this coast stop being only summer.

I work from Penha to Porto Belo — Barra Velha, Navegantes, Itajaí, Balneário Camboriú, Itapema and Porto Belo are on the map. But there is a difference I would rather state than hide: in Balneário Piçarras and Penha I know the block, the building and the neighbour. In the others I work; in these two, I live.

Background

My career began in sales and management, in julho de 2003. In dezembro de 2020 I moved into property directly and, in September 2021, took part in founding Família Broker Imóveis, where I am managing partner.

They are two separate counts, and I insist on keeping them that way: twenty years in sales do not become twenty years in real estate. What the first left behind was method — understanding what someone needs before presenting what exists. What the second brought was the rest.

How I work

I would rather have a few properties I understand well than many properties available. That is not commercial modesty: it is what makes it possible to answer why a property is worth what it asks, instead of merely stating what it costs.

Appraising changed the way I sell. Justifying value is a habit that does not switch off when you move to the other side of the table — and it is why every property on this site carries the source of what it claims, including when the source is a caveat.
