Who is responsible

Maicon Reis Fonseca, licensed real estate broker and appraiser, is responsible for this site. For any request about your data, use the contact page.

Without your permission

The site uses no third-party cookies and no tracking tools. The hosting server keeps technical access logs — IP address, browser, page requested — as any web server does, for security and operation.

Your answer to this notice is stored in your own browser, not with us. When you arrive from an ad, the origin of the visit — the campaign parameters in the link — stays in the browser session until you close it.

With your permission: the Meta Pixel

If you accept marketing cookies, the site loads the Meta Pixel to measure the ads shown on Facebook and Instagram: which pages were viewed, clicks on the WhatsApp buttons, use of the simulators and submission of the interest form. Meta stores the «_fbp» and «_fbc» cookies and handles this information under its own privacy policy.

We do not send Meta your name, phone number, e-mail or the text you write in the form. Events carry only the development, the unit viewed and the origin of the visit (for example, the ad campaign).

Form and WhatsApp

The interest form stores nothing on this site: it builds a message that you send yourself through WhatsApp. From there, the conversation follows WhatsApp’s rules.

Your rights
